Orders & payment

Prices are in USD. Orders are processed through PayPal; an order is a binding offer that we accept by shipping. Pre-order items ship by the date stated on the product page.

Our products

PlushCostumes is an independent studio. Our items are compatibility-made doll clothes and are not official merchandise of, or affiliated with, any toy company or IP. Product names referencing doll sizes or shapes (for example 'fits 17 cm Labubu-style plushies') are compatibility references only.

Small-batch variation

Hand-crochet and knit pieces vary slightly between units; this is a feature of handmade goods, not a defect.

Safety

Our products contain small parts (charms, glasses, buttons) and are collectible display items, not toys for children under 3.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items in question.
